PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Please list the color of your font and the color of the border you'd like. There are 10 different fonts to choose from for your beautiful name rug but I do offer the opportunity for you to leave a link in the description box, if you have another font in mind. These tufted rugs do not include an image with the name. If you'd like an image with your name please select a different custom rug option. Please remember colors of materials will be matched as closely as possible but due to yarn color limitations, this is out of my control.

You can contact me at portia@pnhcustoms.com prior to ordering if you feel more comfortable. If you have an image that has inspired your purchase, please feel free to attach it to your purchase.

This is fully custom-made based on the image and/or description you provide. Here's how it works:

1) All carpets are roughly 18 inches in height, length is dependent on the name. Choose a font from the font options on the last slide!

2) List your name, font, color of font, and color of border. List any font links, if you have a specific font you'd like and have purchased.

3) Choose the "wall piece" option if you'd like wall mounts attached to the backing or the floor option for floor only use. Wall mount attachments can lie flat and won't interfere with being able to step on if you choose to have the wall piece but place it on the floor instead.

4) Complete the order.

6) Once your order has been made, I'll create the design and send it to you for confirmation before tufting your carpet. (You'll receive a tracking number once shipped).

Handcrafted Tufted Rugs with Premium Detail

Each carpet is a truly one-of-a kind, custom made, 100% handcrafted MASTERPIECE! Soft, plush, and incredibly comfortable underfoot. You may also choose the option of making your custom tufted rug a wall piece.

BACKING: Non-Slip backing material

Please be as precise as you can with any changes or additions you would like to add to your carpet. This will ensure customer satisfaction. These products are handmade to order and will take time to make. Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order and 5-35 days (Monday to Friday) to receive product depending on size and detail with shipping in mind. Time frame is needed to make sure that PNH Customs is not compromising on quality of your product. Creating a custom rug is a journey we take together. You can receive up to 3 updates of your product throughout the entire process by putting "RECEIVE UPDATES" in the description box when ordering.

Care Instructions

Carpet Thread

Some fluffing or fiber shedding is normal for new tufted rugs.

If you notice a loose thread or loop- DO NOT PULL IT.
Carefully trim it with sharp scissors.

CLEANING OF YOUR CARPET

Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth or paper towel.

For light stains:

Dampen a cloth with warm water and a drop of mild soap
Gently blot the stain in the direction of the pile
Wipe with a clean damp cloth to remove soap residue
Allow the rug to air dry naturally!!! (Using dryers can potentially damage yarn fibers)

!!!WHAT NOT TO DO!!!

To keep your rug in great condition, avoid the following:

DO NOT SIT ON THIS RUG!!!!

Do not soak or saturate with water

Do not use steam cleaning

Avoid heat sources (hairdryers, heaters, heat guns)

Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals

Do not scrub with hard brushes

Do not wring, pull, or stretch

Shipping and Return policies

Communication is key so be as precise as you can!!! Once edits are confirmed with you (the customer), sales are FINAL and NO changes can be made. This is a time consuming product so please make sure that if intended for gift purposes, this is ordered in advance.

There are NO RETURNS accepted once the product has been shipped.

Shipping can take between 3-7 business days depending on the carrier and weather conditions. Tracking information will be shared with customer once shipment has been made. Also packages are wrapped and packaged to help prevent damage.
