Grief isn’t just attached to death like most know. We can also grieve the living, whether they are living people, ideas, a relationship or even futures we had for ourselves that no longer can be, and/or etc! Grief’s meaning is so broad and you’re worth finding peace and comfort in whatever that means to you! Sometimes we choose to ignore grief, instead of acknowledging it and finding a way to live with it. Sometimes we can live in grief for so long it becomes overwhelming or even a part of us!
